Heritage Park Reviews
This is a great little community. Everyone is nice and respectful for the most part and the owners don’t try to price gouge you over rent. My only complaint is that it is not a pokestop. Can someone who is a high enough level make it a pokestop please?!? I am disabled and would really appreciate it!
May 26, 2025 · Heather CalhounI currently live in this park. I have lived here for 10 years. It is a very large park with paved roads. There is a park manager who lives on the property. In ten years there have been numerous park managers, each one manages differently. I have never met or spoken to the park owner, who lives in California and does not answer phone calls. I have had two major issues in this park. The first one is that there is no winter preperations for winter storms no ice is ever put down on the roads before the snow. No company truck with a plow and salt spreader on it. You would think this is a low budget operation, there are over 100 houses in here. I have to be to work at 5 in the morning. I currently have lost holiday pay and a day and a half of pay because I could not get out safely. The office is closed and the owner not answering. Lot rent has increased again for the second time and I am frustrated with this business. at noon one person is taking a lawn spredder and using it to put salt out. my shift is almost over. its too late. As for the second problem should you be thinking of moving here is in the last year the park is overrun with stray cats that fight and mate and leave more stray kittens. The park rules state cats must be house cats. Park manager states that is not her job to get rid of stray cats....uuuuuuggggg. But be sure to enjoy the pool.
Dec 24, 2022 · deidre beaudetHorrible place to live, i've lived here for 4 years and it's filled with nothing but theives! the little ones will steal things off your porch then hide behind their parents telling a whole different story! don't even get me started on the poor management, they cut a tree down and didn't have the tree removed until a week later.
Aug 14, 2024 · Demon Gaming wolfLandlord doesn't understand how to run a community and ONLY cares about your money, half of the tenants are illegal and most likely paying her extraalso needs new management, current management is toxic and they stole money from my neighbor's car
Aug 14, 2024 · Backpack Lvl1I worked with Eve, the Manager here, on trying to make a purchase. Eve is an honest, trustworthy person and you can tell by looking at the park, she is a very hard worker. The location is great and the park is nice. Eve stays on top of working any issues within the park. I would recommend anyone looking for a home, to check this place out 1st for availability. It is the best ran park in Johnson City.
