Harborview Mobile Manor Reviews
Management is terrible . Lot rent is expensive and the rules change depending on who you are . The pool is nice just not always clean and the trash can out by the pool is always full but management keeps the dumpster locked .
Jun 09, 2024 · Christal ChadwellIt has many great waterfront sites. Other than that, it is a declining park. Management is non-existent, complaints go un-answered. New seawalls are already failing. Talk to current residents before moving in.
May 22, 2025 · Larry LefczikLived there for over a year. Great senior community with lots of activities. I highly recommend this for 55+ folks looking for a good safe place to live. Small pets on leashes allowed. Euchre, poker, billiards, bingo, swimming, and many more activities
Oct 23, 2017 · Ray SmytheIf I could give this zero stars I would. My grandparents are on disability and moved in here a couple of months back. Besides the point that management is very, very bad. They decided to rent a new mobile home. So, a month goes by and their Air conditioning stops working. They JUST fixed the ventilation over a month. A MONTH with no air conditioning in Florida. Temperatures would get into the 90’s inside their house! Also let’s talk About the over 500! YES 500.00 energy bill due to A/C not working. Now, they sent some other people out to basically force the air into the vents, it worked, but let’s add that they use a 3 ton unit instead of 4. She is on the 7th day of the bill cycle and it is already over 200.00. Save your loved ones the time and energy and find a staff that will actually work and do their job right. Piss poor excuse for the management group, and all involved. The Better Business Bureau is already looking into it and you will regret ever exploiting my grandparents.
Jun 13, 2019 · jared paulsNice community based 55+ living with activities and events for the snowbirds season. Convient to downtown and Hwy 54 business district. Great neighbors that look out for one another and help keep their community looking good. Management is very helpful and appreciate their community and it reflects on the appearance of Harbor View.
