- Rental of mobile home lots for privately owned homes.
- Provision of "trailer turned into apartments" for those seeking rental units rather than purchasing a home.
- Dedicated RV sites for temporary or long-term stays, offering flexibility for a range of residents.
- Maintenance of common areas, internal roads, and essential infrastructure.

Prospective residents should always confirm which specific services are included in the rental fees and which may incur additional charges directly with the park management.
Green Acres Mobile Home Park possesses several features and highlights that appeal to its residents, alongside some points of concern highlighted by past experiences. Based on available feedback, here are some key aspects:
- Affordable Housing Option: One of the primary attractions of Green Acres is its affordability, making it a viable option for those with limited income seeking a place to live in Florida. This is a significant benefit in a state where housing costs can be substantial.
- Variety of Living Arrangements: The community offers diverse housing solutions, including traditional mobile home lots for those who own their homes, "trailers turned into apartments" for renters, and dedicated RV sites. This flexibility can cater to a wider range of needs and preferences.
- Friendly Staff: At least one reviewer noted that the staff was "very nice" during their inquiry, suggesting a welcoming initial interaction. This can be important for new residents or those considering moving into the community.
- Cleanliness (Initial Impression): The community has been described as "clean" by at least one visitor, indicating that the general appearance and upkeep of common areas are maintained to a degree.
- Maintenance and Repair Issues: Several serious concerns have been raised regarding property maintenance and responsiveness to repair requests. These include reports of ongoing issues with air conditioning breakdowns, unresolved plumbing problems (e.g., bubbling in pipes, alleged excessive toilet paper use), and septic pipes being above ground.
- Pest Infestations: There have been direct complaints about severe roach infestations that worsened despite resident efforts and management advice. This suggests an ongoing challenge with pest control.
- Mold and Health Concerns: A particularly alarming issue reported was bubbling in a ceiling after Hurricane Ian, which was later identified as mold causing sickness in a child. This points to potentially significant structural and health-related problems that may not have been adequately addressed.
- Eviction Process Concerns: A resident reported issues with the park allegedly not accepting rent payments in an attempt to facilitate eviction, leading to a court appearance. This raises serious questions about management practices and resident rights.
- Unfulfilled Promises: There were unfulfilled promises, such as the installation of an awning and gutters, indicating a potential lack of follow-through on commitments made upon move-in.
Given these varying experiences, prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include a detailed walk-through of any specific unit or lot they are considering, asking direct and specific questions about past maintenance issues, pest control, and all rental terms and conditions. It would also be prudent to speak with current residents if possible, and to thoroughly review the lease agreement before making any commitments.
