March 03 · Keila ChapmanWhere to start.. Rent raised but they can’t even have the pot holes fixed?! Our yards, trailer and sheds need to be on point! But when you to call them for any issue their voicemails are FULL!!!! So who to contact because that even includes the manager and assistant manager their voicemail is FULL as well!!! And if you show up to the office at little after 9am they aren’t even there!!! Had to ask an employee cleaning the pool if they were open to find out that Mondays and Fridays they have meetings.. Would of appreciate to at least there be a sign stating in a meeting I of wouldn’t be writing this review and it wasn’t for their unprofessionalism and lack of care for their renters! They only see us as a money sign $$$$
September 18 · Silvia VirgenThey evicted me and my family with a 10 day notice due to a worker putting his hand over my fence and getting bit by my dog . Even when it wasn’t our fault and clearly the worker was in the wrong we got evicted. 10 years in this place and just like that we got kicked out . This place is a joke and no one in their right mind should live here . The management team and the person running the show is power hungry and very unreasonable
