She couldn't tell us what the requirements were to qualify to live there in the park, and she has been selling places in this park for 15 years?? She should know all this information, and have it available for you, because you have to qualify to live in a Mobile or Manufactured home park, before you can purchase the home. Please do your homework before buying in a park, it is a process. They have rules and laws, read before you buy.

Sep 02, 2020 · Marilyn JefferyHi I’m Brian and I live here at Friendly Village in Anaheim/Anaheim Hills!This is the best of the best to live, if your a senior or a young adult, there’s plenty of excitement and fun her all through the year!On part; the Manufactured homes here are quite unique as they all seem so different, very spacey and lots of porch and ground with grass everywhere.I’m extremely happy to have settled down here and have no intention to ever move out!Workout, Swim, or run here or across the street or do what you want on Holidays with the large Club House for any occasion!Friendly people at Friendly Village!A fairly new Manager here, the one before seemed to stress me and others out with argumentative personality, that I just couldn’t deal with, to be honest with you!I like it quiet and peaceful and my Neighbors are nice people, we get together an have BBQ’s in the Summer Fun!I love it here and so will you and yours...Don’t forget to say hi to the Newest Manager and ask for a tour- She’s the nicest and helpful lazy who really cares about all her tenants here...She does make it I much better as the Manager before really got on my nerves, was looking to move, I guess I really did get lucky, because she is so Highly recommended and she treats everyone with the upmost respect and she’s definitely a keeper here at Friendly Village Anaheim Hills.Brian HalfwassenKeep on Smiling 😊
