November 19 · Marlene NorcrossManagement is very disrespectful. My family was chased through this park by the manager for going 11 MPH. Be cautious of this lady. She then proceeded to yell at my grandmother for her guest going to fast. My grandmother has lived there over 10 years. Also the rent in this place is ridiculously expensive compared to much nicer parks in the area. There are no amenities at all. The previous managers were much more tolerable. I hope the higher management takes this into consideration when hiring new management for the park. Not satisfied at all

March 09 · PegKen1I live here and the homes may be old, but many have been updated inside and are being kept very individually tidy, outside. Our management is super and I would recommend this small mph (under 100 units), as the location to fill all your needs. It's fantastic! Within 10, to 15 minutes from all types of grocery stores. Also, theaters, doctors and hospital are just that close! Even Veterinarian and Pet hospitals, as well as large chain pet stores are only 10 minutes away, in three directions. Plus, the SW Washington Humane Society is just down the street from Costco. There are at least a dozen, or more, restaurants and both large and small hardware stores. The best thing is being close to many churches, a gym, Goodwill, two paint stores, and Costco!! It's close to a large library and senior/family center, with pool, weight room, and organized activities for all ages. Anyone needing additional assisted living, or physical therapy can find more than one option. To add, the Portland airport is close enough to make your travels much more convenient. We have been here nearly 11 years and haven't been disappointed. Thanks
