★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's the people that make this park. Gail does an excellent job running the office and Ray is a grinder with the grounds keeping. I loved the trees and the little light pollution at night. My neighbor's were friendly and pleasant to talk to. And I didn't feel squished for RV space. For me, I was looking for a place that had long-term residents. My kids are grown and I don't have pets so I rate RV parks a little bit differently than some. Being near I-25, you're going to get traffic noise but it becomes white noise at night. I will miss the picnic tables beside the pond and the vistas of the evening walks along the tracks and trails.
August 01 · J RidgeAwesome park. We needed one night stay as we were traveling home worked perfectly. Amazingly you could not really hear I 25 and the park is on the frontage road of I 25. Staff was awesome. I called but did not leave a message and she called me right back.
August 10 · Lori LestWe are long term residents here. The management is awesome, and super friendly. The people that live here are vary friendly and everyone respects each other. There is a nice pond our back that you can just kick back and enjoy a little fishing. The trees in the park and mature and offer plenty of shade and gives a nice view. There is laundry, showrooms and restrooms on site. 30 and 50 amp hookups. Water is clean. Plenty to do within waking distance from here. We really enjoy living here.
June 01 · Ryan ZI’m not sure about some of the reviews on this RV park. It appears to be a lot of sour grapes. I have lived at this park for almost 3 years and the staff and management have been nothing spectacular and very helpful and accommodating. He had some water issue this past winter and the staff noticed it and shut our water off to prevent further issue. That’s what I call amazing for them to do that for us. We have a spot that has plenty of room for 2 vehicles. They have remodeled the bathrooms and laundry room. I feel the only people giving negative reviews are people that will never be happy no matter how nice or how great the accommodations are. Keep up the great work Gail and Ginger and we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon
April 14 · Stroke of LuckFor an RV park it's great. It's near my job and everything else is less than 10 miles away. Super quiet park, absolutely love. It been here about 3 months and I could not talk anything better about it. The management is great. The owner is amazing and BI really enjoyed it. My time there.
