Bought a trailer and moved in back in March 2024, and have had no issues. Landlord is awesome and maintenance men are friendly.

Aug 23, 2024 · Holly MorrisI took my 2012 Chevy Equinox too to the Chevy dealership here in Excelsior Springs Missouri it was running rough and dying they diagnosed it and told me it was the exhaust Accu later and intake actuator they had it a few days call me and told me it was fixed cost $519.93 drove it home next morning it was doing the same thing it was doing when we took it there so we took it back told us it was something to do with resetting the computer they did that , called said was fixed again this time the vehicle didn’t even make it out the parking lot ! So back in the shop it goes for the third time! Chris Casey called me and told me they thought it was a timing issue the timing chain needed replaced! Well after the $519.93 I was like are you going too guarantee that the timing chain will fix it he said yes he would stand on it so I told him to go ahead and fix it !$2064 .59 had a few more day called me said they test drove it and it was fix again ! Payed The Bill ! Didn’t even go past the train bridge their bye the dealership doing the same thing as before stalling ! Took it rite back too them Chris Casey was apparently confused cause he said that they had miss Diagnosed and that I would not have to pay for it! Well bad news I had already payed for it , they had it four or five days after that told me the gas was bad and that they drained the tank down and refuel it with good gas test drove it a good twenty miles was running fine ! Went too pick it up Chris Casey said finally fixed it went too drive it around the dealership Chris did ,didn’t make it around the building stalled out again ! Ya again ! Think it was three days later fixed again for the fith time! Two O2 sensors this time and the cost is free! Running good too! So I go and talk with Robbie Brooks the Service Director about what his fellow employee told me on the timing chain ! He informs me that Chris Casey is just a porter and his word is no good on that matter! I’m thinking then why have I been talkin with Chris Casey this whole time! And then tells me my car needed all the fixing that he did , that didn’t fix it ! and I was not getting any of my money back ! I felt belittled like I was wasting his and my time ! Thanks Robbie Brooks for making me fill intimidated for you doing a fine job on my vehicle! pretty sure O2 sensors cost about 100 bucks ! On the plus’s note out all that money fix’s that didn’t fix should be free! I’d gladly pay the bill for the two O2 sensors! From now on I’m making sure my car fixed before I pay !
Aug 31, 2023 · cameron ReffittThe absolutely worst and dirty place that I have seen and visited in my life. Very rude owners that are almost virtually impossible to contact. Way too high lot rent. Not even worth looking in to as a last resort. This place should be shut down and reimburse every lot renter!! Class action lawsuit needs to be addressed!!!
