It's very quiet and most of the residents are friendly with the exception of one old biddy. I love having a covered carport for our vehicle and a little storage building, too. - I have two homes there. One is new, one 100% renovated. Nice people quiet, dead end - so no traffic. Nearly everyone keep homes nice. Every home has private quiet patio and yard, garden. Lot rent creeping up, while management is changing some lots to private meters which is best.Not sure why there is concrete truck in these photos. That's not got to do with anything about this park. - There are some justified bad reviews on this property. They pertain to the former owner-operator warlock who ran the place. Fortunately, ownership changed hands to a Denver based corporation in October 2019 that specializes in mobile home communities. It is now ran by management from an adjacent community.It's a nice quiet park otherwise, even better now that the control freak owners are gone.It's a good location, quiet and a good value for the cost of living here. - I had a conversation with the manager and tried to communicate my potential interest in a possible spot in the park. Im putting together a plan for possible downsizing.
