My name is Greg Stevenson and I am an investor and I called the office and not knowing the office was closed on Saturday . But the property Manager answered anyway Ms. Susan and spoke with her about some of her homes in the park, which by the way is a beautiful park well maintained very nice. Even though Susan was off she still took the time and explain to me about her homes and which one was coming up for Renovations. And allow me to view the homes while I was on the phone with her. So Thank you Susan for that and giving me the information I was looking for. Job well done! As a investor I was amazed with Susan on the knowledge of the homes and the Loyalty she has for the Park. I will be speaking with Ms. Susan soon.

She made me feel very welcome I couldn't ask for a better on site walkthrough with Miss French. Thank you again Miss French for the absolutely amazing professional meeting that I had with you. May 28, 2025 · Lydia TurnerWow I was definitely shocked when the talk of the park is that this crappy company let Miss. Susan go. I know for a fact you made the biggest mistake you can make. Ms. Susan did nothing but cared about us the residents and the park. True Star shame on you! especially after the enviroment that miss Susan had to work in. Us residents watch her work outside of her car cold, hot weather and ran an extension to another residents home to get electricty for the lap top. several of us tenants took pictures of Miss Susan working outside of her car. On top of that we have not had a maintenance person over here in a year and Miss. Susan she did things on her own she made sure branches that was broken was picked up she did that herself she went around this park everyday and painted, and picked up trash and help stop water leaks. but you dont know that because you all did not care enough about Miss Susan to see all what she did. I only saw this Company maybe 4 times the most at Evergreen Park. You knew nothing about what she did for us and the park. I saw Miss Susan take a dang oven over to another residents home all by herself she strapped it on a dolly and took it over there just so the residents did not half to do with out an oven. SHAME SHAME ON YOU. if it was not for Miss Susan this park would be trashed and shut down. matter of fact I know for a fact she got this park up to Par so this park would not get closed down for you all crappy company could buy it. But now This park will be going down hill and there is a lot of us residents are moving we are gone. this company is nothing but a scam and worst then Oakwood could ever be. and By the way tell your regional manager to stop lying to everyone here in this park. You have failed us as tenants and you defintely failed Miss susan. we have proof that our manager Miss Susan was treated unfairly. Please anyone reading this do not move into this Park at all. This company treats people like there nobody.
