While specific detailed service lists for Enchanted Grove Mobile Home are not widely publicized in the provided information, mobile home parks in Florida generally offer a core set of services and amenities for their residents. Based on common practices for such communities, the following services can typically be expected:
- Lot Rental: Residents own their manufactured homes but lease the land (lot) it sits on from the park management. This monthly fee usually includes access to the park's common areas and amenities. In Florida, mobile home lot rent can range from $200 to over $1,000 per month, with an average around $400, depending on location and amenities.
- Community Management: A management team is typically responsible for the overall operation of the park, including enforcing community rules, handling resident inquiries, and overseeing shared facilities. However, resident reviews for Enchanted Grove indicate potential challenges with office responsiveness and consistent presence (e.g., "Office lady leaves at 11am not 1pm so make sure your there when she's in the mood to work. Don't recommend trying to live here. They don't even answer the phone or look at the applications in their application box.").
- Utility Connections: Basic utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity are provided to each lot. Residents are typically responsible for setting up accounts and paying for their individual utility consumption.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: Management is generally responsible for the upkeep of shared spaces, such as roads within the park, landscaping of communal areas, and any shared facilities like clubhouses or recreational zones.
- Waste Management: Regular trash collection services are usually provided for residents.
Based on the provided customer reviews, here are some points that offer insight into the living experience at Enchanted Grove Mobile Home:
- Long-Term Residency: One review indicates a resident has "lived here five years," suggesting that some individuals have established long-term homes within the community. This can point to a level of stability for some residents.
- Community Changes Over Time: The resident notes that the park "has changed so much in five years," indicating a dynamic environment.
It is crucial for prospective residents to be aware of concerns raised in customer reviews, which highlight significant areas of challenge:
- Concerns about Favoritism and Demographic Shift: A resident expressed a strong sentiment regarding a change in the park's racial balance and perceived favoritism: "I think there’s some favoritism when selling the mobile homes because porta rican have officially taken over in the office and ninty nine percent live here it used to be racially balanced in this park but not anymore." This type of feedback indicates concerns about perceived changes in community dynamics and management practices.
- Management Responsiveness and Accessibility Issues: Another significant concern raised is about the accessibility and responsiveness of the office staff: "Office lady leaves at 11am not 1pm so make sure your there when she's in the mood to work. Don't recommend trying to live here. They don't even answer the phone or look at the applications in their application box." This suggests potential difficulties in communication with park management, which can impact daily living and problem resolution for residents.
- Recommendation Against Living Here: One review explicitly states, "Don't recommend trying to live here," which is a strong negative indicator.
Prospective residents should take these comments into serious consideration, as consistent management responsiveness and fairness are critical for a positive mobile home park experience. It would be advisable to attempt direct contact with the office, visit the park, and if possible, speak with current residents to form an independent assessment of the current conditions and management practices.

Aug 08, 2023 · Marie CruzI really want to move into the citrus grove mobile home park because I feel as if the trailers are worth the money and you can save there. They just put new trailers out there and interested in one. However I've been calling for about 2 weeks now and received no response after leaving voicemail after voicemail. Guess they are not worried about renting out places, dont even know how they have tenants. Makes me wonder how you get ahold of them when you need something fixed. Its aggravating as all get out. But I did hear they are in office during rent time. So seeing that it's the first hopefully i get a call back.
