Things seemed to be going well, until I got an email from a person who I did not deal with once (I spoke to Maria and Robert only), telling me that I never made a legit offer, even though I have documented evidence with the Financing Company (which they suggested I use) showing that I had the funds. The finance company told me to wait until my statements became available on 5/15, and then I can make out a check for a down payment. I have numerous emails in which they say, "let's wait and see what happens, etc", then I was completely blindesided today.

Their sister community in Carteret is also beautiful. The neighbors wave as you drive by, so both seem to be very friendly places with happy residents.I just want to say the owners so far have been extremely helpful and friendly. I made an inquiry on a Saturday night not expecting to hear back until Monday, but to my surprise Maria actually immediately got back to me on a Sunday! I was able to make an appointment for Monday, which was very convenient as I happened to have a rare Monday off. This, in my opinion, is a very good sign as to what type of landlords they will be; responsive and helpful!I will write another review if I end up moving in, but I just wanted to comment on the excellent service so far.

Having an chronic illness and working crazy hours, peace and quiet is critical for me. Everyone here has been so considerate, nobody blasts music/TV’s etc. or makes excessive noise. They are very friendly.This is the best place I have ever lived. I attribute it to the owners and their honest and straightforward screening process, to ensure a good fit for everyone. I know some people complain about the rules, but in my opinion it’s what kept this place such a hidden gem. They have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had a problem or a question, and always keep on top of area repairs, snow removal, and cleaning. I truly hope it stays this way; because I would love to live here forever.
Jul 17, 2022 · PDub prwI have lived at Edison Mobile Estates in Edison for 21 years and I guess that says it all, I love it here.I first moved into a one bedroom home and lived there for 14 years but then decided I wanted a larger home so I moved across the street into a two bedroom home and have been here ever since.It is beautiful here in this park, it is always kept very clean by our great maintenance men and they are always here to help. I am a senior citizen and they have helped me in the past and I do appreciate that very much.We are located right off Route 1 and close to everything you can think of.The homes themselves are beautiful as you can see in the posted pictures.I would definitely look us up if you're looking for a clean and beautiful place to live and want to stay out of apartments with tenants below or above you, living here is much more private and no having to walk into hallways.Check us out, you'll be glad you did :-)

The owners take very good care of the park and are making some wonderful new updates. It is a pleasant place to live and my Mom feels very safe here. Also it is so conveniently located. A quick jump to the Garden State Parkway, The NJ Turnpike, Route 287, Route 18, etc.I highly recommend looking at some of the new Mobile homes as they are gorgeous & very spacious.
