Too many weeds & too many run down homes. The space rent is $850/mo, but there's NOTHING there worth $850!! I can only assume the seniors are unable to keep their place clean & maintained, as well as being unable to sell due to deteriorating homes

Its very peaceful quiet community.I read these posts and I am so glad I paid no attention to these previous posts. My Manager is so Kind and caring and her assistant so wonderful and supportive. The maintenance team are very professional. I could not believe the beautiful neighbors that reside here. I would recommend any one to move here. I love my sweet home. I fast walk around my complex and I love how well are complex looks!! Adorable!!

This is a place to go if you miss the high school dynamic and want to die not living the way you want, and alone because your family can't come take care of you, especially if it's more than one person. Grandparents cannot leave up play equipment to be used during a visitation, unless your are one the elite few, then your grand kids can live with you over a year with no repercussion.Hitler Rock would be more accurate

When I went outside to apologize and thank him, he just shrugged and smiled, and said he knew we were busy inside. So far, a really terrific experience!
