Apr 21, 2023 · Linda RigginsMy husband and I recently stayed here. We had a wonderful time. The park is very well taken care of and the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever come across. They genuinely cared about how our stay was and gave many recommendations to beautiful places in the area for sight seeing and hiking. This area is so peaceful and every site at the park has a view of the river that flows right behind your coach, RV, or travel trailer. It is very well maintained and so peaceful! They have trash pick up and cable boxes that you can rent during your stay with many channels. Everyone was very friendly and the owners were very accommodating to any needs we had while we were staying with them in their park. The park is hidden, so it is quite the gem when you do come across it. We also must say that the owners also had great customer service, as they called the day we were to arrive, to make sure we had the correct directions and gave us a better way to come with the travel trailer since it would be hard on single lane, windy roads. It was so helpful and so appreciated! We would have definitely stayed here longer if we had the opportunity, but we were already booked for destinations elsewhere outside of SC. We definitely recommend this park, and we will return at a later date for sure!
Oct 02, 2012 · Lauren JohnsonPark only had about 7 sites. It was so peaceful. Beautiful river running behind all the campsites. The owners were wonderful people. Very friendly. When you call they will tell you what site you will be staying at, remember that b/c there is no check in. They will come around later in the evening to collect the payment (cash or check only). The sites are all full hook up. There are no facilities (make sure you use the bathroom before you unhook your sewage!). The drive there is pretty easy. My husband did not have any problems towing our camper. Also down the road there is a beautiful waterfall that is a very easy 10 min hike. I can't wait to go back!
Oct 22, 2013 · Katie WOur new little hidden secret. So secluded and private. Pristine grounds, nice and quiet. Deer and turkey wandering through. River on campground is beautiful. Owner (lady) is super nice and helpful. 10 RV sites make it perfect, just the right size.
