Eagle Landing MHP LP Reviews
New owners are putting a lot into the apartments- I know for a fact that they got roof work,, foundation work, remodeling inside homes, roadwork, and plumbing work done.
May 26, 2024 · Philip ComerThis park is like a community. The kids play until night time with no worries, the tenants look out for each other, and it’s quiet family friendly and pet friendly.
Nov 20, 2023 · Samantha StranskyThe old and new owners of these trailers and apartments should be ashamed of the deplorable conditions in which people are living. It seems unethical to allow anyone to reside in these homes. If the trailers were either replaced with livable options or completely renovated, the situation wouldn't be as dire. However, both sets of owners the old one and the new one are taking advantage of tenants by charging over $600 to $800 a month and more and they raised the rent recently while doing nothing to improve these homes.Additionally, the issues with the sewage, electrical, and water lines are concerning. I genuinely feel for everyone living here, including the park manager and maintenance staff. Tennessee really needs stronger housing codes to protect renters from exploitation. These are already difficult times, and owners like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with such practices.
Mar 14, 2025 · Nabi AltharaWhy is it that tennants have had had to deal with the smell of raw sewage sewage for more than 4 months now??? Please help them!
Jan 04, 2025 · Kimberly CastanedaWe have lived here for over a year now and have experienced the old owners and the new owners. We very much so enjoy the new owners and I'm not much of a person who likes change. The new management is very understanding and very reasonable if you communicate well from my experience. Maintenance will get done, and management and maintenance both are on the property so very accessible to the tenants. We also rent a storage unit on the property which is great ... probably won't find another place in Spring City where you can get a storage unit right next to your house in this price range.
