Jun 10, 2025 · Paula CrawleyI ABSOLUTELY love this placeWe have only been here about a month but it feels so good to be able to call it home. The people that live here that we have met are super sweet, and Mr Duvall is such a warm, kind, gentleman that stays on top of his rules and the safety of his tenants. Its very peaceful, quiet and clean. I would not choose any other place to call home here in Radcliff, we love it here.

Dec 09, 2017 · carla wyattPros: Quiet area, great neighbors, affordable, Jake is a great landlord that does what he can to accommodate his tenants.Cons: The trailer we rented was falling apart, as part of our agreement we tried to repair what we could, we were told that pets were not allowed which is good for us but there was a colony of cats that lived under the trailer, the "old man" (as we came to know the other landlord) made our lives a living hell. Kinda got tired of the word "lawyer" tossed around so freely. It's a good place if you want to keep to yourself and not be bothered, but be sure to keep up with your rent and don't do anything to get under the Mr. Duvall's ire (which is a chore unto itself).

Oct 11, 2017 · Lee DrakeLooks can be deceiving. First off ive been a tenant since Nov. When we were looking at our place there was no electric and no water. Besides that the trailer looked amazing. Beautiful to ve exact. Perfect. Especially on the short leash on which we were on to move.Come to find out there was a leak under our trailer and it finally busted causing us to have a $200 water bill. Our floor caved in. Thats not the worst part. The man blamed us. Beyond that. The floors are weak around air vents. And the wall is cavibg in due to lack of care in the shower. The outside of the trailer was a complete mess. The fire detectors didnt work, one is still hanging off the wall. Its hot outside and we have no air throughout the house due to the air ducts being homed by rodents under this trailer. I have been unhappy here since December and finally decided to take my stand. I gave him 500 of the $625 we rent this disaster for in hopes he would understand that the problems need to be fixed. But no, instead he rambles his mouth about our finances and things to other renters around the park. He also threatens his "lawyers" and such. And so that leaves me with no remorse on wanting to break lease and move. The damages to this trailer built in 1986 are minimal and due to wear and tear, but need to be fixed. So in closing id like to say, i hope no one falls for the BS like we did. Don't rope into signing a year lease without a thorough walk thru with landlord, maintenance, and maybe your own set of lawyers. Like i said, looks can be decieving!

May 11, 2017 · Courtney KellerRan well, considering it's in Radcliff. However the elder gent is developing dementia and does not enforce rules equally or fairly. This can be proven in a court of law; especially if the case is not tried in Hardin county.Suing before any negative actions are applied to the tenant may be best.
