★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place has been great! New and very quiet. Hosts are nice & the little store was a nice surprise. Laundry & restrooms are clean. Property roads and spaces are of good size, not cramped. They say a pool will be coming, but nothing had begun. So with that fact and the current higher rate they charge, I have to drop it to 4 stars. Overall, it is a great place for short - or long-term stays.
July 09 · Karin “Kiki” HallThis was our first visit to this brand new RV park! The manager was waiting for us as we arrived and gave us instructions and offered any assistance that we might need to get settled into our space. We chose a back-in site along the Greenway, which was really quite nice! Everything is clean and new bathrooms are also very nice with showers. Just across the freeway from Cascades Amphitheatre, so a perfect place to stay to catch a concert.
May 25 · Ron E.This RV park could be great — the sites are decent, but unfortunately, none of that matters when the management is this unprofessional, disorganized, and flat-out rude. Our experience was frustrating from the start. The office staff made multiple mistakes with our reservation, then turned around and blamed us for their own errors. No apology, no accountability — just condescending attitudes and excuses. When we tried to clarify the situation calmly, we were met with dismissiveness and hostility, as if asking for basic answers was unreasonable.Communication is abysmal. Emails go unanswered, phone calls ignored, and when you do manage to speak with someone, they talk down to you or contradict each other. It’s like nobody knows what’s going on — and worse, nobody cares to fix it.What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of customer care. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just to be treated fairly and with respect — but the management made it very clear that guests are not a priority here. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. This could easily be one of the better parks in the area, but until there’s a serious change in how it’s managed, I’d advise others to look elsewhere. A nice location means nothing when the people in charge treat you like a nuisance.
September 04 · Chelsea DuttonLiving the RV Life is supposed to be fun, a bit hectic, peaceful, seamless and well, lively! Here at Dickey’s RV it’s all of the positives you can ask for. Especially having a bath house, laundry facility and more! Our privacy is respected, that was what mattered to me most! The grounds are kept incredibly clean, thank goodness & Riley the Park Manager is hilarious, kind and easy to work with. Oh and he knows his stuff! We’re glad to experience life at Dickey’s RV Inn Style and cannot wait for the pool this summer! Definitely a family and dog friendly lifestyle, here! Keep to yourself or make friends. It’s comfortable and relatively quiet even with the freeway nearby! Come for a night, a weekend for events or come for 6 months, you’ll enjoy!
April 11 · Ash SNOT AN RV RESORT. And charging a hundred bucks a night is robbery for such a basic place. The pool (whenever it gets done) is not going to make it worth it either. It is an RV parking LOT. Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination.Spaces are large but extremely close together. I spent at least one night with the neighbor dumping their black water tank literally eight feet from my RV window as an example. You can and will hear your neighbors talking because it’s all so close.Zero picnic tables and not a lot of space on your spot if you bring your own. Zero fire pit options (I realize it’s summer and there is a burn ban but there’s no way they have space for them in winter given how tightly packed the spots are).NO SHADE. It is extremely hot! They have trees planted but it’s gonna be years before they do any good. The freeway is right there and it’s very loud, nearly 24-7. So even if it was more comfortable, it’s so loud it would be hard to enjoy. We were here for a week and a half and I wanted to leave after the first night but had already paid damn near $1.5k and wouldn’t get a refund so we sucked it up.But never again! To give some credit the showers are really new, but there’s almost no place to hang or set stuff off the floor. Bathrooms also not cleaned often, in the week and a half I saw the same hairs and a necklace someone had forgotten for at least four days in a row.
