Sandi was very excited to help me out & continues to amaze me everyday with her help. She very perfetional in her job & the park is very well maintained. In the past couple months I've seen the park has improved & made a big impacted on the community.

Deer trace has slowly fixed stuff after being harassed by me and building code Enforcement of the state of kentucky.JEFF BAUER has done about half of what promised. And the contractor TAD MOSELY is an absolute joke. Shows up to work on my home in crocs. THEY DO PATCH WORK ONLY. THEY SKATE AND SKATE HOPING U GIVE UP TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIX YOUR HOME.-new front door installed still poorly shutting/sealing.-floors in every room are unlevel, moving, and making noise. Sagging floors everywhere.-Still waiting on home inspector to show up to check on work they already done. I had 2 roof leaks. Hope it's not leaking anymore-also my home is still unlevel.-Installer said our frame was bent so he couldn't finish leveling home. Absolute bullshit.Going give the kentucky attorney general a call as recommended by my attorney. If they can't help my attorney is taking over. I don't care how much it cost. All this pain and suffering and work I had to miss for multiple no shows and/or barley any work done.THESE PEOPLE ARE GARBAGE FOR DOING THIS TO DISABLED PEOPLE. MY WIFE DISABLED AND I HAVE MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. THEY KNEW WE WERE DISABLED WHEN BUYING. WE DIDNT WANT ISSUES LIKE THIS. THATS WHY WE BOUGHT BRAND NEW. SAD
