A wonderful place to live long term or just a short stay. On site laundry, shaded dog park and playground (coming soon). Included water, electric, and grounds keeping. It reels more like a community than just another campground.
Jul 10, 2024 · KimDiamond in the rough for our 50AMP Fifth Wheeler. We stayed 6 months while building a home in the area. My daughter loved it so much she did not want to leave. Very quiet, yet conveniently located off I-85 and Hwy 11, close to gas, supermarkets, and great local restaurants. One mile from Cowpens National Battlefield.
Aug 06, 2019 · Warwick BashfordLove staying here. The sunsets in the evenings over the field are stunning whit their crimsons and golds. The management and her husband do a great job keeping the campgrounds nice year around. If you need a place to park your home, short or long term, and your in this neck of the woods, check here first.
Mar 24, 2024 · Mike FrankoNeeded a place to stay while in the process of building. Karen and Troy are amazing, they go above and beyond taking care of you and the campground. Not only the management of the campground, the community all together have been there to help, offer to help in setting everything up. The campground is in a great location, very country setting, clean baths and showers, clean landscape, and overall just a great family environment. Do not listen to the negative reviews on here, I have not seen or experienced anything negative in anyway.
Jul 16, 2023 · Brian BostedoMy wife and I have been here for 6 months now and it’s a nice quiet campground!! Karen is a sweetheart and funny when you get the chance to chit chat with her lol. Her husband Troy is a great guy! He does the maintenance on the park and does a great job keeping up on things (while working a day job 6 days a week!!!) The park does need more amenities like a pool and game room or pavilion, with that being said Karen has been pushing the owner to purchase the property behind the park in order to expand and add said amenities so fingers crossed 🤞 The laundry room is free!! And for the price with utilities included it’ll definitely be our home until we can afford to make our permanent home in Tennessee!!! Thanks Karen and Troy!!
