I’ve sent them multiple emails regarding the manager Patricia and they’ve never responded to me and half the time the gates never work and the pool never open

She doesn’t have a job properly, she is rude to the homeowners the pool is basically never opened. Everyone works around here except for the manager. We lived here long enough to know how to be treated and this past year we haven’t been treated right with this manager.
