Countryside Estates Reviews
Very poor management. They go through new management almost yearly. The current management as of May 2025 has proved to be rude, incompetent, and does not know how to handle customer service situations. Instead of handling the situation professionally she tells people to get out of their office and then calls the cops on them. Then states she has family members that are police as if to be threatening. Do not live here not worth the enormous amount of rent they charge for nothing. So their response was about the “golden rule”. Well please go over that rule with the manager because apparently she thinks she can treat anyone how she wants to. She doesn’t like when people can match her energy. And this is only way I can get a response from anyone ? I’ve called several times about this and no one seems to want to call me back with my concerns.
May 19, 2025 · Valanti KienholzSpent a week trying to find out how to purchase a home listed by this community. We filled out the application, got a pre-approval from their financing company, and then we stopped getting return phone calls from their office. They couldn't tell us their financial department's number, they couldn't tell us when we could see the trailer, what steps we should take next. It seems like a very well-kept park, so it's too bad that they just decided they didn't want to sell us the trailer. They also dropped the price on the trailer we were looking at twice in three days, and a third time after a week - it seems like they want to sell it quite badly, just apparently not to us. 🤷🏼♀️
Apr 17, 2025 · Allison IngleThe community really isn't a bad place to live. But the cost of doing business keeps making rent jump more than 5% year. Rent keeps going up how are we to pay that when lot of us are on fixed incis going to and what cost doeomes. We as a community should we stand up and go to are local politicians and ask them to pass new laws on putting caps on rent. So we should have a right to know what money is being spent on and should demand this as residents. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible
Nov 19, 2024 · Jamie ConnerDon’t ever buy or rent from here!!!!!!!! So glad I moved away from this place! Just terrible management lot rent is 541 a month and rising every year! Don’t ever rent or buy a home from this place. You will definitely regret it.
