- Reached to the property manager as advised on craigslist, and I cannot get a straight answer. Before I drive all the way to Colorado Springs from Denver, I would like to know what criteria is needed if you have "questionable credit".... and my response is, "Fill out the App".... Do you know how many so-called property owners will take $40 application fees from 20+ people, and then the home is never rented. I think someone is just trying to make bank.
