March 28 · Troy RopelatoI have lived here 4 years now, and so far everything has been great, management takes very good care of their rental tenants which i am one, dulce is a friendly, polite and very professional manager. I’ve never had any issues, and they are always on top of their maintenance, couple ups and downs here and there. But nothing bad. Management and the maintenance crew is amazing! Maybe the people that put bad comments on here were or are bad tenants, because if you stick to what you need to do of your part, these guys will take awesome care of ya i bet! And i know many other people that have been here for years and they love it!!! Awesome place to live at! Affordable and quiet place!

September 10 · Anarely OlivaThis trailer park has an awful owner because they NEVER do anything to improve the park. The towing is ridiculous. You have a parking permit and the stalls are made for compact cars. Good luck trying to see the lines as well. When the city shuts off the water resident are not aware of the shut off until they have no water. They don't maintain the snow fall during the winter until it has been driven over for at least 24 hours and forget about them salting anywhere besides the main office. This has been the worse case of living ever!
