Considered purchasing a older home at this park due to it being just a little over 1 mile to Hammonasset beach state park - I'm not sure what was the greatest detriment - the $675 lot rent or the conditions of the roads in the park. All I could think was how could they possibly do a decent job with clearing the roads in the winter with all the humps n bumps. Of course it doesn't help that my father lives in a beautifully maintained RV Park in Naples Florida for the same amount and has a club house where they hold activities & dinner events, a separate beautiful building with exercise equipment, comfy den a big TV, bar area with kitchen equipment that you can rent to hold parties, hot tub, heated pool, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, pet area - Cedar Grove has nothing to offer and is unkempt looking. Disappointing - only gave it three stars because of the proximity to hammonasset and the general atmosphere of the nearby areas to the east & west - Evelyn Birdsall
