I have lived here 6 years. The management is great. They get things done if there are issues. Residents are kind and I have made some good friends. The pool is very nice and never busy. I love the pool house, it has a pool table, lots of books and you can relax on the sofa and watch tv or read. I think it's a great place to live!

Near Escondido Creek Trail, nice walking/biking surface although not scenic.3 stars because location is poor - on very busy street that was not built to be a commuter throughfare; significant freeway noise; when no wind, chemical odors come from nearby sewerage plant; weather is probably worst in North County as 20+ degress hotter than coast in summer and low is 10+ degrees colder in winter.If I had a choice again, I'd not be here.
