If QR code doesn’t show Casa Estates , and if visitors park in your driveway well we get a boot , some are parking in landscaping and dont get boot others they do , so what game are we playing right now ? Crystal is demanding, awful with people, and constantly asking for residents pay ridiculous amounts of money to fix landscaping issues when we can't afford to do that. There are multiple 1 star reviews for a reason, management has never been an issue before this. Not to mention the towing and booting has gotten out of hand. They will boot/tow without warning, I had a vistor stop to get out for 5 mins and got booted. Do Not live here
April 10 · Carlos ValerioLaciey is the best manager that I've had the pleasure of working and talking with her. I've moved into Casa Estates June 27th 2007-(18 years ago). Managers have come and gone but Laciey goes far and beyond the call of duty. She's compassionate, friendly, understanding,and will to listen to you and help you out.It saddens me that I'm leaving but the cost of living has sky rocketed over the year's. If I decided to stay here I would thank the good Lord for sending Laciey tobe our newest and best manager over the last 18 year's.Thank you Laciey from all of us who reside in Casa Estates. God has blessed us with Laciey.
July 17 · Chris WoznyI have lived here for over 30 years and like the way the park is looking now. It’s been improving in the last couple of years. I recently had some power issues that turned out to be infrastructure in the park. The manager, Crystal, responded very quickly and yesterday they had an outside electrical company, High Caliber Electric, replace the underground service from the meter to the outside service box. They also replaced the service box, post, and grounding stake. Complete new electrical service in one day and the crew did a great job of restoring my patio and landscaping.
January 30 · Brian StevensonIf my vehicle is booted again under false pretenses, I will take immediate legal action—not just against the booting company, but also against the property owners for enabling and profiting from what amounts to fraudulent activity. This practice is predatory, unethical, and likely illegal. Consider this formal notice: the next incident will not be met with words—it will be met with a lawsuit. I suggest management take this very seriously.
