The manager Joanne is terrible and needs to be fired, never answers the phone, a control freak and is super super rude to people, nobody in the park likes her at all. You can not meet a more rude person in your life. If you guys remove Joanne from her position this park will be better. She hates her job and has said it and also doesn’t do any work unless is told to do so 300 times, again she is very disrespectful and a control freak and I hope she is replaced by a better manager
