Canby Regency Introduce
For residents of Oregon seeking an affordable and community-focused living environment in the beautiful Clackamas County, **Canby Regency Mobile Home Park** presents a valuable option. Located just north of the charming city of Canby, this manufactured housing community provides the desirable traits of country living—spacious lots, a quieter pace, and proximity to farm ground—while maintaining convenient access to local schools, shopping, and major commute routes.
Canby Regency is established as an all-ages mobile home park, welcoming a diverse array of residents including families, young professionals, and retirees. The park is characterized by its wide streets, which contribute to an open and accessible environment. The overall feel is one of pride in ownership, though like any large community, the quality of individual spaces can vary, offering a wide spectrum of options from "great to not so great spaces," as one customer review notes. This diversity in spaces can, however, translate into a wider range of price points, allowing more people the opportunity to find a home that fits their budget and needs within the community.
Choosing a manufactured home community like Canby Regency is often about securing home ownership in a premium Oregon location without the typical high price tag of traditional housing. Residents own their homes but lease the land, which often includes shared access to valuable amenities that enhance the quality of life and foster a strong sense of neighborhood belonging. For those looking to settle in the Canby area—a region known for its strong agricultural history and friendly small-town atmosphere—Canby Regency provides a foundation for comfortable and convenient living.
The surrounding area offers excellent local attractions, including the famous Swan Island Dahlias, the beautiful Willamette River, and easy access to the Cascade Foothills. This blending of peaceful community life with quick access to both nature and urban centers makes Canby Regency an attractive option for many Oregonians.

- I tipped each guy $5 and asked for a bit of attention to my rims. They didn't even touch them. They kinda do a decent job and they hurry through the job even with zero cars in line behind me. February 16 · Keyser Söse
- We are new to the park and I love it here. It's quiet, feels safe and the neighbors are very warm and friendly. I really can't reasonably ask for more. February 29 · Carol Burrack
- Manager is rude and under handed, and doesn't listen to reason. Threw out original records of the park when they became manager, doesn't fix anything they should in the park like broken tree's or the roads. Don't buy here you would be wasting your money, I thought I wanted to live here. But yeah really bad idea after talking to people who live here, they tried to hide old trailer's in their back area that had asbestos in them and not properly disposed of. There are a few people who take pride in the homes they live in and try to help other's in the park. But they are few and far between. Don't buy here or deal with the rude manager. March 14 · Timmy Rollins
- It's an average place with average tenants. The pool is cold & you have to keep a good supply of drinking water on hand. The children's school bus stop is within view of the office. The children's play area is within view of the BBQ and picnic area. Very Average. October 29 · Occupant Neighbor
