Camelot Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Welcome to the detailed guide for Camelot Manufactured Home Community, a well-established and centrally located housing option for residents across the Wasatch Front. Located in North Salt Lake, Utah, this community functions as a Mobile Home Park, a Mobile Home Dealer, and a Mobile Home Rental Agency, offering multiple pathways to affordable and convenient home ownership or rental near the greater Salt Lake City area. For Utahns seeking an alternative to traditional single-family homes or apartment living, manufactured home communities like Camelot provide a distinct opportunity to enjoy private space and home amenities within a community setting.
Camelot is designed to cater to a diverse resident base, including families, working professionals, and retirees, positioning itself as an all-age community. Its business model addresses various housing needs, whether you are looking to purchase a new or used manufactured home, or simply seeking a long-term rental solution. The core appeal of manufactured home living in this region is the potential for increased affordability and the chance to live closer to the employment centers and recreational attractions of the Salt Lake Valley without the higher costs often associated with site-built homes. The community structure aims to balance individual home privacy with shared communal spaces, creating a neighborhood feel that is important to many local users.
It is important for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence, including an in-depth review of the community’s rules and management style, as manufactured home living involves adhering to specific community guidelines. Some past resident feedback has cited concerns about strict enforcement of rules regarding parking and lawn care, with a mention of issues with water services on one occasion, which points to the crucial need for clear communication and professional conduct from management. Conversely, the existence of a robust, well-established community often implies a baseline level of managed services and social opportunities that many residents find valuable.

Choosing Camelot Manufactured Home Community is particularly worthwhile for Utah families and individuals who prioritize affordable housing with unparalleled regional access. The combination of being an all-age community and offering a designated Playground makes it a strong contender for those raising families in the North Salt Lake area. Furthermore, the explicit focus on accessibility, noted by the Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking, ensures the community is designed to be welcoming to residents of all physical abilities.
The greatest value proposition lies in the location itself. The property's direct access to Highway 89 dramatically simplifies commuting and travel throughout the Wasatch Front. For many local users, this ease of travel and the relative affordability of the homes here, compared to conventional stick-built housing in Davis County, offer a highly attractive balance of convenience and budget-friendliness.
However, potential residents should be fully aware of the highly structured nature of community living. The negative customer reviews regarding management's communication, rule enforcement (such as parking and lawn care), and past utility issues (like the water being shut off unexpectedly) indicate a need for new residents to fully understand the community's rules and the management’s communication protocols before moving in. We recommend a careful review of the park lease agreement and the rules and regulations to ensure they align with your lifestyle. For those who value a structured, community-focused, and highly accessible living environment near Salt Lake City, Camelot remains a viable and valuable housing option.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! Previous I’ve been here for a few years and all they do is complain about everything, they complain if there’s another car (witch is registered) that is in my parking spot, they complain about the leaves on the lawn, and when we clean it up THEY HAVE SOMEONE BLOW ALL THE DIRT AND LEAVES BACK INTO OUR LAWN. (I have pictures to prove it) and today July 13,2025 they decided to shut off our water for no reason it seems, didn’t get a message or email about the water being turned off or why it happened, nor did they say when they will turn it back on. Most of these houses need the water for their air conditioning otherwise these houses gets hot. I recommend do not move here, I’m sure you can find somewhere better than here.
July 13 · OriginalCraig & Jenna are always being disrespectful, to begin with i have already reported them to cooperate but they haven’t done anything about it. Craig hit my friend over her asking for a bill. Instead of either them being professional they were full of disrespect. Also Jenna is always running stops signs she literally almost me last time and didn’t seem to care.
August 12 · GisselleI read that there have been many improvements. I've only seen a soccer field and I don't play soccer, so what good does that do? Why do they raise the rent when things are taken away from us. I hear the excuse that they check on what other places are charging. OK, but we are paying more for less. I lived here from 1977-78 and 2005 until now and I know what this place used to be and I'm only asking that it be restored to the high end mobile home park it once was. This is what I'd like to see: The clubhouse open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 12 hours a day--maybe we need keycards as vandalism is increasing. The game room. The piano and organ made available for us to use. The gym. In 1977 the gym had good equipment. By 2005 the equipment wasn't so good, but at least we had some equipment. The pool heated. The hot tub opened and kept clean. Dinners--I mean good dinners, not just cheap pizza or little sandwiches. Bingo nights. We used to get free calendars. The clubhouse was a place we where we could hang out. It would be more comfortable if we didn't have a certain employee glare at us. I am not asking for much, just for the things we used to enjoy. These are the improvements I want and they aren't improvements--just what we used to have. Can Camelot give us any reason why the high increases when they don't listen and don't restore what we used to have? Some people give it good reviews but as I say, I know what it used to be like. You say you are interested in maintaing a good living environment--but things have gone downhill with removing the amenities we used to enjoy do that? What improvements are you planning to make? How does removing amenities justify raising the rent $66 a month this year and last year. If every site pays $66 extra a month and there are 300 lots and there are more, that's almost $20,000 a month extra you have to work with. I know with inflation you need to pay your employees more and it costs more to run things, but certainly part of that $20,000 a month could be used to restore some of the amenities instead of going into Mr. Partich's pocket. A hot tub costs $3000 to $10,000 a month, that's only half of what you've required us to pay.
April 02 · Mona BiehlI recently had a major plumbing problem and had plumbers come and found that the problem was underground and not in my house I called Craig and he was down there within 15 minutes and had a machine there within an hour that cleaned out the lines clear to the street and made my plumbing work that very evening. Craig has been the best manager I have ever seen and I've lived here for about 24 years I see him on the grounds every day working with people and working with whatever problem is going on he's always involved and hands-on with whatever is going on within the park. Craig is very easy to talk to and always keeps his word. I know Craig is working very hard to keep the park looking better every year and it shows. I'm very happy to be here, and I'm very happy that he is our manager.
April 17 · David CluffThis is an excellent neighborhood to live with family. Very safe, quiet, clean and with pleasant attention from the administrators Craig and Jana. Both always willing to help with warmth and professional attention. In addition, assistant Jana is dedicated to preparing activities to celebrate the holidays, where neighbors can participate and win prizes. The administration office has a large event room, a dining room, and a swimming pool available for residents. We have excellent neighbors. I love living in this neighborhood, and I recommend it.
