This is in response to a "particular" review that was post about the Management and over all experience living in the Californian Mobile Home park . I've lived here for 6 years and have been through several different management teams and 2 different owners. I've never had any problems with any of them and the current team have always been reasonable and kind when dealing with me. I'm not saying perfection but always reasonable. We are often given opportunities to have meetings and voice our concerns and grievances. There is definitely no lack voice on a individual level and as a community as a whole. It is my belief the "particular" person walks a fine line of legal Libel . Not only that but it also effects the community as a whole's marketability. I guess all communities deal with at least one "KAREN" !

They didn't tell the previous owners nor did they tell me before I bought it. But I sure found out what happened later. They make rules that they don't even abide by themselves. They are obtrusive, harass mobile home owners and don't follow the law properly. These have been all my experiences and those of many of my neighbors. I have a very long report to file with housing of community and development. Lots and lots of not good things to share here. That is my opinion and my review and my constitutional right. Despite what these new managers think. They can't violate constitutional rights. Definitely speak to Neighbors and other residents here before you even think about buying here. Don't be regretful and pay more than you should when you don't know all the facts. They even have people doing stuff your mobile that aren't even managers. Like the manager's boyfriend. Unacceptable and against the law it's called vandalism. Its changed hands as of this month of October 2023. Again, renovations on places without permits or licensed contractors, new general partner is willing to bribe and lie to residents in order for us to pay for things that are the owners/new partners are responsible for. And when asked point blank who the partners were...he refused to answer.They must disclose any work they've done to your mobile. Ask and get proof.Talk to neighbors of property you are considering buying and definitely take heed.

Their method and device is to label maintenance issues as Capital Improvements. In this manner they can add surcharges to the renters of the spaces. As the owner said to the rent to market levels.
