Its not a maybe its for sure after a length of time it will start to break your vehicle down and eventually tear it up. Its a calm quiet little community. Most everyone stays to their self. Kids play freely get along for the most part. Kid will be kids. It looks a bit run down but it wouldn't take much to get it picked up and looking nice. Oh and the trash area like the dumpsters are usually a bit messy but that is due to the wild animals racoons,possums,cats,ect.
