Very affordable! Quiet and small park that’s tucked in next to a 55+ housing development. Central location in Mesa.

I no longer am proud to be from this park. If anyone was to ask me if they should buy in our park I will be the first one to say the people are amazing but the park it terrible.We no longer feel safe in our park because of who the park is letting own They say they screen each and everyone but it always seems that a lot of these people come with extras. Management doesn’t seem to do much about it. Just as long as they get the sale of a home they are happy.We have gone though managers and maintenance people since they took over like wild fire. Our present manger hasn’t been to a social club meeting in over a year. In the pass we as a social club wanted to work with management to make this park something special. We have tried to work with him but over his time in the park we have had many road blocks. The most unprofessional man I have ever worked with.Our rent has taken a very large increase and the services in the park a taken a decrease. We are paying top dollar and we should get top service.I have had to deal with many different departments of Treehouse since they took over. All I can say is “what a nightmare “ very unprofessional.You asked about my experience since Treehouse took us over. My answer to this would be…. Very unprofessional, Unorganized company. If it wasn’t for the few good neighbours and the friendships we have made we would move. Second post. The number you want me to call…. Who will that get me to talk to?????

I was there visiting my good friend "KIM" & she moved there maybe couple years ago expressed how very "Happy & Safe" she feels! Just thought I would add this because I was very relaxed & enjoyed friendly neighbors! Helen Bing & I highly recommend Broadway Estates!!!
