Mobile home parks, or manufactured home communities, have become a vital part of the housing landscape across Pennsylvania. They often present a more budget-friendly alternative to traditional stick-built homes, allowing residents to own their dwelling while leasing the land it sits on. This model can significantly reduce upfront costs and ongoing property taxes, making homeownership a reality for many who might otherwise find it out of reach. Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park is one such community that has been a part of the Fairless Hills area for decades, evolving to meet the housing needs of its residents.

While the park provides the land and essential infrastructure, individual homes offer a range of styles and features. Life in a mobile home park often involves adhering to community rules and regulations, which are put in place to maintain the park's appearance and ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. This article will provide a comprehensive overview of Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park, drawing upon publicly available information to help you determine if it aligns with your housing aspirations in Pennsylvania.

Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park, like other manufactured home communities, typically offers a core set of services and infrastructure to its residents as part of the monthly lot rent. While specific details can vary based on individual lease agreements and park policies, common services generally include:
- Lot Rental: Residents pay a monthly fee for the lease of the land their manufactured home occupies. This is the primary service provided by the park.
- Utility Connections: The park provides the necessary infrastructure for residents to connect to essential utilities. This typically includes public water and public sewer connections. While residents usually pay for their individual utility consumption, the availability of these hookups is a fundamental service.
- Trash Service: According to available information, "Trash service" is included as an amenity, which simplifies waste management for residents.
- Common Area Maintenance: The park management is generally responsible for the upkeep of common areas within the community. This would include maintenance of internal roads and shared spaces.
- Community Management: A management office or staff oversees the daily operations of the park, including enforcing community rules, addressing resident inquiries, and managing the overall living environment.
It's important for prospective residents to inquire directly about what specific utilities are covered by the lot rent versus what they will be responsible for separately (e.g., electricity, propane for heating, etc.). Reviewing the park's rules and regulations document, which mentions details like "RENT COLLECTION AND FEES" and "UTILITIES," is crucial for a complete understanding of financial responsibilities and community expectations.

Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
The office sends violations to people for something minuet, and people with tons of trash all over their property or grass is crazy high, hear nothing from them. Obviously they target people. Wish I never moved here six months ago. Can't wait to see what new issues pop up as we go along.

Mar 05, 2024 · Leslie xoI've lived here a long time. I'm forced to stay financially but saving to move. I wouldn't recommend this park to my worst enemy. They will never address any of your concerns, no matter how valid. They do not enforce any rules to help keep it a decent place to live. They increase your rent every year, with NO to little care taking. The water is brownish, red many days after it rains. You will be embarrassed to say you live here. Sadly, it's the true definition of a trailer park. A cancer that keeps growing.
Jul 20, 2018 · soup twinMy wife & I lived here in the 70's, it gave us our start. Somewhere it turned into a dump. The new owners were only interested in $$$. I hope that mentality is gone! The workers duped the management into BS as they raped the place... typical uninformed management... The workers probably laughed all thru their next crack pipe or joint! I hope the current mgrs have intelligence, we'll see. By the way, I said it gave us our start... Well today we could buy the place, if we wanted to, which we don't:-).
Aug 17, 2017 · Tom Not CriticalJust behind a strip club and beer distributor. I would worry when these people are drunk/high they would drive thru park for no reason. Park has narrow roads that are in fair condition. Landscaping in general is fair to good. The older homes look rough and need some sprucing up. Makes the rest of the park look bad. There is a new section which is beautiful but some improvements really need to be done on the older sections. This park has been there since I was a child. Park must be over 79 years old. During the day there are some shaky people walking around every time I have driven thru the park to look at homes for sale. Many over age 50 that I spoke to when I was looking to buy a home. Were all very socialable. In general they were content to live there and had been residents for many years. Ruth is the woman who will take you to see homes for sale. She is very helpful and friendly.
