I've lived here about 5 years and love it!Up-date, it's now been 8 years. And in January of 2023 the rent was increased to $600 a month. And they don't do much. There a few abandoned homes here, that need demolished(still waiting!)and trees that need to come down. But nothing is being done. I wish I could move my home out. But with the lack of funds, I can't. So I'm stuck here till I can't afford the rent.Another up-date, again new owners. BUT they have done a lot of work. Trimmed trees, washed trailers and/or painted trailers, fixing abandoned trailers. That's great! BUT now I'm waiting for the lot rent to up. - Mommy Dearest
