Nov 14, 2024 · Barb SarrattWe are Wintering in Tuscaloosa here on Lot 5. Lot 5 backs up to the woods overlooking the creek and could accommodate a 40 ft + RV.30 and 50 Amp Full hookups, (sewage, and water) with spacious lots.Great place!!!
Dec 02, 2021 · Scott ChandlerGreat stay at Big Creek for a Bama game. Easy 15 minute drive to the stadium. This is a new park that is making improvements but is already suitable for a relaxing stay. 30/50 amp power with sewer and water at each site. Located far enough off Hwy 82 to keep noise to a minimum but close enough for easy access. Will definitely be staying here again.
Jan 07, 2022 · Marc FISHERThis is a newer park with full 30 and 50 amp hookups, water and sewer, spacious grass lots, currently only 14 spaces so not crowded, every space is big enough for any size rig you have. The arrangement of spaces is around a large center grass circle great for walking your pets, the driveway is gravel, and there is a dumpster on site for garbage. You can get cable and high speed internet on your own installed by Spectrum, there is decent cellphone signal here. The water quality is good, the electricity is great (all new pedestals at every site). The sewer risers are a bit far from the pedestals at a couple of the sites so I would recommend being prepared with 20 feet of sewer hose. The park is right off Hwy 82 maybe a block so there is some traffic noise but most full hookup parks are by highways. The park borders a creek, and tall trees shade some sites toward the back. The park is cozy, clean, and about 2 miles from a ton of restaurants and stores including Super Walmart. It is maybe 10 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium at UA. It is walking distance to a large gas station with a decent convenience store that sells diesel for your truck or RV. The owner couldn't be nicer! Perfect for traveling nurses and workers, the internet we got installed from Spectrum is fast. Bottom line is this is a nice park where you can open your awning and slides without hitting your neighbor's camper. Would be great for GameDay weekends or long term work stay!
