potholes
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The management company keeps hiking up the lot rent and making unreasonable demands on residents (like you must park on your pavers, even though there aren't any pavers) and not enforcing the same rules on each household. All the while the roads are in serious disrepair, with potholes deep enough for small children to go swimming (okay, slight exaggeration, but only slight!). The mobile park itself is nice enough, residents are quiet and pretty much keep to themselves.
