Sep 23, 2018 · David LoweAfter my purchase of a mobile home,I've brought in 4 new family members that have purchased homes here. Maybe 2 more will follow.1/29/20017 was when my sister paid her down payment and she was given a date for a couple of months for it to arrive,March came and still no home. Then we were told that it would be a couple of weeks. Two weeks into March she was told that it would come at the end of March ,or maybe a week into April, well this is the third week into April and manager said it will now be another two weeks {trailer has arrived} to get the deck on, and then to close.Every home I've bought and sold in my lifetime closing was done when all paperwork and agree upon price was done. We've been told checks have to be verified. They only take cashier checks for down payments,so why the long wait. She was told to move in with her son until it's all said and done. She has done just that, now his home is loaded one room in my home loaded, plus her car.She sold her home to move here, gave her son the down payment to move here.Three of us are senior citizens and time is not on our side.Mrs.Lopez {manager} needs to get her info correct before handing out dates, because they have not been reliable at all. My daughter has paid her down payment and was told it would be 2 months.I hope she doesn't give up her recent place until she can see her home here and keys ready.
Apr 20, 2017 · Brenda HooverHorrible place. Management never in office. Always trying to fine certain people. Raise rent .
Jan 31, 2020 · Walter HallTrashy looking. They could really stand to re-pave the drive around the park and remove the broken down old trailers.
