Based on common practices within the industry, and considering Augusta Homes operates as a mobile home park, here are some services that may be available or are generally part of living in such a community:
- Lot Rental: The primary service provided by a mobile home park is the rental of land (a lot) upon which residents can place their own manufactured or mobile home. This typically includes the use of the lot and access to the park's infrastructure.
- Utility Hookups: Mobile home parks generally provide the necessary infrastructure for utility connections, such as water, sewer, and electricity, to each lot. Residents are typically responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility services directly with the providers.
- Community Management: A management team or individual is usually responsible for overseeing the park's operations, enforcing community rules, and addressing resident concerns.
- Road Maintenance: The park typically maintains the internal roads within the community, ensuring they are accessible and in reasonable condition for residents.
- General Grounds Maintenance: Common areas of the park, if any, are usually maintained by the park management. While individual lot maintenance is typically the resident's responsibility, the overall appearance of shared spaces contributes to the community's appeal.

- Community Setting: Augusta Homes is an established mobile home park, suggesting a residential community environment where neighbors live in close proximity. This can foster a sense of community for some residents.
- Individual Lots: Unlike apartment living, residents typically lease individual lots, offering more personal space and privacy for their home and potentially a small yard area.
- Affordable Housing Potential: Mobile home living is often a more accessible and affordable housing option compared to traditional homeownership or renting apartments in the same geographic area, which can be a significant highlight for many Kentuckians seeking cost-effective living.
- Parking Considerations: One review highlights issues with parking enforcement, specifically "towing our Truck...parked Legally on the street and there was No signs Posted saying No parking." This indicates that while parking is available, park rules regarding guest or secondary vehicle parking might be strict or not clearly communicated, which is an important consideration for residents with multiple vehicles or frequent visitors.
- Home Condition: A review states, "The homes in this park are not so nice," suggesting that the aesthetic condition or overall upkeep of some of the homes within the park may vary or might be a point of concern for prospective residents. Dec 21, 2020 · Emmalee DeeWould not recommend goin here! When we moved in we was told the porch would be replaced. My wife had walked on the porch by the front door the the boards broke and fell half way through! When they did repair it it was half fixed! When the porch was torn down we was put in a list to get it replaced and a year later we finally made it to be next to be fixed then Shelly said we kicked down the list due to other projects to be done with newer homes! Turned in the vents under trailer to be fixed and for almost 3 months had passed before I actually had to fix my self. The trailer we was in a tree fell on the roof and pushed part of the ceiling in and was told it would be fixed when it warmed up but never happened! When we moved in it was dirty. We actually left it cleaner when we left.
