While specific, detailed service lists for Arizona Mobile Home Park are not widely publicized in the provided information, mobile home parks in Florida generally offer a common set of services and amenities for their residents. Based on typical industry practices for such communities, the following services can usually be expected:
- Lot Rental: Residents typically own their manufactured homes but lease the land (lot) upon which their home is situated from the park management. This monthly fee usually covers the use of the site and access to common park facilities.
- Community Management: A management team is generally responsible for the overall operation of the park, including enforcing community rules, handling resident inquiries, and overseeing shared facilities. However, a review for Arizona Mobile Home Park indicates potential challenges with management, suggesting issues with "nosey" behavior, frequent lease changes, and "send fee because I didn't sign a lease that's not right." This suggests a need for clarity on lease terms and management's approach.
- Utility Connections: Basic utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity are typically provided to each mobile home lot. Residents are usually responsible for setting up accounts and paying for their individual utility consumption.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: Park management is generally responsible for the upkeep of shared spaces, such as internal roads, communal landscaping, and any shared recreational facilities. Maintaining these areas contributes to the overall appeal and functionality of the park.
- Waste Management: Regular trash collection services are typically provided for residents, either through designated community dumpsters or curbside pickup.
- Pet Policy: Many mobile home parks in Florida are pet-friendly, though they often have specific rules regarding pet size, breed, and leash requirements. It is advisable to confirm the park's exact pet policy if you have pets.
Based on the provided customer reviews, here are some points that offer insight into the living experience at Arizona Mobile Home Park:
- "Okay Mobile Home Park": One review simply states, "It's an okay mobile home park." This indicates a neutral or satisfactory general impression from at least one resident, suggesting it meets basic expectations.
- Direct RV/Mobile Home Living: The park accommodates RVs ("my RV spot"), implying it caters to both mobile homes and recreational vehicles, offering flexibility for different types of residents.
It is crucial for prospective residents to be aware of significant concerns raised in customer reviews, which highlight potential challenges in the living environment:
- Management Behavior Concerns: A major concern expressed is about management's "nosey" behavior and perceived intrusiveness: "they come to my RV spot just to be nosey coming and turning around just to look and see what I'm doing." This suggests a potential lack of privacy or over-supervision that some residents may find unsettling.
- Lease Management Issues: The review highlights issues with lease agreements: "they keep changing the lease and it don't have the right info on it and than send fee because I didn't sign a lease that's not right." This points to potential inconsistencies or lack of clarity in lease terms and unfair billing practices, which can lead to significant resident frustration and disputes.
- Perceived Favoritism/Unfairness: The phrase "If you could live here if you kiss butt they come up with a lot of bull if it's something they don't like" suggests a perception of favoritism or arbitrary rule enforcement by management, leading to an inconsistent living experience for residents.
- Lack of Problems from Resident's End: The resident's statement "I don't go outside so there shouldn't be any problems with me but they keep changing the lease" indicates frustration that even with minimal interaction, issues are created by management's policies.
Prospective residents should take these strong negative comments seriously. Issues with management transparency, consistent application of rules, and perceived unfairness can greatly impact the daily living experience in a mobile home park. It is highly advisable to seek direct clarification on lease terms, management policies, and to attempt to speak with existing residents if possible, to gain a fuller picture.

Mar 10, 2025 · Cheryl BI don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews, I've been here maybe 9 or 10 months now and I have no complaints at all, I actually enjoy living here other than my neighbors will complain about literally anything possible but that's not the parks fault or the owners problem. The owners of the park seem like very sweet people I always see the son and his wife with their dogs, my boyfriend gets along with the son about dirtbikes, the manager and her husband seem very sweet and I have no complaints about them either, everyone keeps to themselves most of the time, I'm actually trying to get a friend of mine to move into the new trailers that were just put up, any problem we have we go next door and ask the managers husband for help and he doesnt have a complaint or attitude he gladly does it we currently have a breaker problem and he gave some good advice on how to fix it. I'm glad I live here and look forward to maybe meet some people here.
Jun 24, 2020 · Haley anneIt is definitely a diamond in the rough. When you walk in, the ambience of the restaurant smooths out the edges. Service is prompt and the menu selections covers a myriad 0of palates. Steak and Fish, Beef Fajitas and Fried Chicken, all created with a Cuban flare was perfect. Great value, enough to satisfy any hunger with plenty to take home.
Jan 27, 2018 · Steve LaLondeI would give this a no Star but it don't give me that option... They never fix anything or do anything... This place is a joke and nothing but a joke... I wouldn't advise trying to get a place here they half do everything... They never get the job done correctly... Arizona mobile home park is a trash place to live. They have never fixed anything ever it was always excuse after excuse why they couldn’t fix that or this. The owners are trash
