For Arizona residents, particularly those in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area, Apache Gardens Mobile Home Community in Apache Junction presents a mobile home living option. However, its suitability for local users is profoundly impacted by extremely negative resident feedback, requiring extensive caution and thorough personal investigation.
From a locational standpoint, Apache Gardens offers a unique blend of quiet desert living with the majestic Superstition Mountains as a backdrop, a feature highly valued by Arizonans. Its proximity to ample outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking and exploring the Sonoran Desert, aligns well with the active lifestyle many locals enjoy. Furthermore, the community's accessibility to local Apache Junction amenities and major roadways connecting to the wider Phoenix metro area means residents have both a peaceful home base and convenient access to urban necessities, employment, and entertainment. For those seeking an affordable entry into homeownership in Arizona, mobile home parks often serve this purpose.
However, the overwhelming and severe negative reviews from current and former residents regarding alleged "scam" practices, arbitrary rent increases, unfair evictions, and highly problematic management conduct cast a very dark shadow on the suitability of Apache Gardens. Based on the provided information, the suitability of Apache Gardens for locals is severely compromised by widespread reports of poor management and unethical practices.

Apache Gardens Mobile Home Community Reviews
Typical slum lord. Don’t waste your time & money. The “manager” or whoever runs this dump may have a drug problem… He adds extra $$$ to your rent when he pleases for no reason & when you don’t have so money for him when he demands, he’ll kick you out of the same place you paid to live. RUN. Scam trailer park just like the rest of them
Sep 08, 2022 · Ling Cif you're thinking of living here, forget it. The manager will kick you out of your trailer. the manager is not nice and he wants money out of everyone.I've had my own experience where I am getting kicked out just because he wants the trailer. It's all about the money
May 29, 2019 · Kyler HulganThe owner randy has alot to learn about being a manager and being professional. I inquired about the property recently and made an appointment to meet. On the night previously my dog had passed and I had contacted him that next morning to cancel. I did not provide the reason as it was not his concern. He stated he only shows by appointment and I thanked him . I contacted him back an hour later to reschedule and he then stated he was completely booked. He did this out of spite and if you would see the court it is nothing at all to be that way about. He should honestly be glad someone was inquiring to live there from the looks of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! PLACE IS A DUMP

May 15, 2021 · Exe MaterNever met a worse off place. The manager does not speak enough english to have a simple conversation, the pool was disgustingly green, the swingset is a pile of trash, the septic backs up in 4 location of the park seberal times EVERY year there thousands of mice infesting many of the trailers, 80% have roaches and bed bugs were popping up in houses left and right. I lived there for years and this is a first had account. 100% truth. Beware this park.
