Then they been asking for to much paint your porch cut your yard every week or else they doit and charge extra!! I’m glad I finally moved my home out of there. Now I’m paying $350 for a pad way bigger than that and they cut my lawn!! New owners are very bad compared to Jeff the previous owner

Also, having to pay for my city's water bill plus "theirs"??? Sounds fishy. They are counting on the people who can't up and move their home cause even though it's in the name, they are not very mobile, much less the cost to do so. We can't even leave it here if we sell it, it would have to move. Hmmm......
