There is nonstop criminal activity and I was never given access to gas service since there are so many code violations so have not hot heat or hot water all wintwe. She denied my payment of the rent just to tey to evict me for non-payment of rent. The owner really needs to consider hiring new management who will actually manage not just live there for free.
