We booked a spot at this resort last minute, and we were very surprised by the park. Very clean, well-maintained, spacious lots, and a quiet area.. Other tenants were quiet and respectful, and the pool and clubhouse (although we didn't use them) looked very clean and well-maintained.The location is convenient to US 98 and most of the local hot spots, parks, and beaches. Easy access to the park for even the largest of RVs and trailers.

I would not use the terms ‘luxury’ or even ‘resort’ as this place doesn’t meet the definition of either.Its location and the lack of RV places near Santa Rosa and Seaside are really ALL it has going for it. Easy quick drive to any beach town in the area. We even visited Baytowne Warf area and there is a mall type shopping center nearby too.The spots are nice level concrete pads so it is easy to park on and the spots are a generous size. There is a great water pressure here which was very appreciated.For some reason only one spot in the front has a picnic table no other spots did.The water here has a lot of iron in it, you can see the rust stains on the spot concrete and buildings around town. We drank bottled while here.The only thing here to do is a very tiny pool with some lounge chairs and a small activities room with a few games and books next to a small laundry room.There is literally nothing else to do! No seating areas, no trail, no trees or shade, no fenced in dog run area, no activities, and no outdoor games.No views at all of anything except a back fence, a side retention pond, and street.The WiFi wasn’t working to reach out to the spots which was incredibly annoying and we should’ve been granted a discount for the inconvenience. WiFi is required this day and age, not optional. The lady that checked us in suggested their cable channels since we could not watch our firestick. No one carries coax cables anymore, that’s really outdated so we had no tv to watch.They seem very passionate about their rules as you can see by all the highlighting on the page of rules.One night the RVers behind us were blaring their music loudly. It started raining and chased them inside thankfully.If you can’t find anywhere else and just need a spot near the beaches it’s fine.

This place and the staff are amazing! Level, spacious sites ALL with full hookups. Clubhouse, showers, laundry and grounds are VERY well maintained. The location is super close to everything. Beach, shopping and restaurants are all less than 10 mins drive. They are located right in the middle of the 30A area and half way between Destin and Panama City beach. Will definetley recommend

This place is wonderful. It is clean, quiet and really nice. The pool is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and Cheryl makes it truly special. She really cares about guest experience and makes it very clear that she’s a phenomenal manager. Her service is just exceptional. They answer the phone everytime personally and even once she called me back when she missed my call even though I hadn’t left a message…wow you just don’t get that kind of service many places anymore. I highly recommend this park. Thank you all for a wonderful experience booking and also staying in your RV park!

First of all it’s located in the industrial section. It is not near the beach or restaurants, so it wasn’t convenient for my needs.There are no shade trees which I prefer at a campsite, especially in the summer heat.I’m still trying to figure out why it is called “Luxury”. I came to the area for a dental meeting and needed reliable internet. I was informed upon checking in that there was no working internet outside the club room and reservations are non-refundable.Consequently, no internet in my personal accommodations for the entire stay. My first impression when checking in and interacting with the property manager was negative, completely sub par. She is unfriendly, bossy, rude and unaccommodating.The restrooms and showers were very dirty and were not cleaned during my 5 night stay. No hand soap, the trash was never taken out, hair on shower walls, stains on the floors and counters, dirty toilets, dirty sinks, mirrors and vent grates etc., a black swimsuit was left in the bathroom for my entire stay. I informed the property manager and instead of her offering a remedy she became belligerent insisting I wasn’t telling the truth. Hmmm…like who would make this up right?Also, the property manager sits behind the desk watching a series of cameras that are located throughout the property and attempts to “catch and fine” guests for breaking her “rules”. I did not see signs or read any disclosure of such cameras or their location or purpose upon checking in or during my stay. I believe this should be disclosed and they should be used only for security and safety.I also recommend asking for a paid in full receipt before voicing any concern or opinion, for fear of retaliation through fines. I will NOT stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
