Willows Campground Reviews
We arrived and picked a nice spot by the river. 2 hours later, some rude Oregon plate campers parked practically on top of us. Sprawled out their tents, then proceeded to walk through everyone's campsites to access the river. I attempted to get a refund from the camphost. She just gave us the run around, so we left.
Jun 21, 2025 · John ShrievesHad a wonderful time! Campground was very well maintained. Privies we’re clean. Sites were clean. River access from several sites including sites 11 (our fav), 5 and 13. Site 11 has room for 2-3 tents and is on the river. Site 5 is smaller and more exposed to the road but river access is slightly better. Most of the sites have good shade. Site 12 was a little close to the privy in a breeze but still ok. Overall experience was very good. Compliments to the site Host!!
Aug 23, 2023 · Darin HansonWe spent 2 nights (Sat/Sun) at this small campground & overall liked the experience. By late Sunday 12 of 16 sites were empty. At night he road noise ceased and we could hear the river. Had a huge space & most of the sites around the perimeter were fairly well secluded. Found access down to the Tieton River which was a great place to soak our toes in the heat of the day. If you have children use caution around the cold swift river. While there are no hikes from the campground there are trails up and down the White Pass area. There is only one hand water pump for the entire campground and vault toilets.
Jul 10, 2023 · KOI PondThere were a few bees but our spot next to the river was gorgeous! Still allowed a campfire in the ring to cook on which was also a plus. River was cold, fishing was decent. All in all great spot! Road noise wasnt bad except a few semis with their Jakes.
Aug 09, 2022 · Brett AndristVery Nice Campground! Perhaps a little close to the highway, but the river does a halfway decent job of drowning it out. Only complaint would be the fire pit set up. There is a hinged grate over the top, but it's not low enough to get hot unless your fire is quite large. It made cooking a bit of a hassle.
