★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Janky playground that’s just screaming for an accident to happen. Pond that looks like a damn monster could come out of it and a pool that’s beyond slimy. Plenty of other places for folks to camp at. I’m sure an excuse will come up tho. Spend your money elsewhere folks
April 28 · AshtonThis park was quiet. The sites were large woth plenty of grass for your dog to do their business BUT I noticed there were a couple dogs loose that I saw pooping all over. I believe it was the property owners dogs because they went to the office / house and someone was taking care of the dog for a moment. The dogs seem friendly BUT still pooping everywhere which is probably why I saw poo in my site before walking my dogs. There were Beautiful ponds with geese so watch out for their poo too. They had nice trees for coverage. Other than that stuff it seems to be well kept. Beautiful property. Lost 1 star for me because of the loose dogs when that's a rule there.
July 11 · AliciaWe book this campgrounds site unseen only went by pictures. Boy was that a mistake to call this a resort is a long stretch. We pulled and and was a mess walk in to the office it was a mess and the lady at the desk didn’t even stand up to assist my wife. Drove back to our site power box was almost laying on ground . The worst thing was the bathroom by the office gross is an understatement . We look in the shower and there was mold all over the walls and floors. We wheee suppose to stay two nights left the next morning. My advice is stay away I mean far away
October 16 · Dan ZodareckyStayed one night while passing through. I temper my review by saying that my stay was in early April and they had received a lot of rain in the previous days. However, our site was just mud. There was a neighbor whose trailer got stuck in the mud. The sites didnt have crushed stone or anything to mitigate the mud. In addition, there was refuse on my campsite like discarded pallets and broken chairs. The campground was a low-end seasonal place where most of the sites were filled with junk and the permanent trailers were dilapidated. I a also fairly noisy being right next to an interstate. On the plus side, the electrical, water, and sewer connections all worked fine. The lady who checked me in was pleasant.I will look for an alternate spot the next time I pass through.
April 05 · Brad BarkerTown & Country Camp Resort is a beautiful park. Although I stayed only one night (passing through on a road trip), I found the park to be quiet and comfortable. My site was level and all hookups were in good working order. There is plenty of room to walk dogs, and the park was very clean. The location is convenient to the interstate, but does not have traffic noise. I will stay again when in the area.
