Timberline Campground Reviews
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTSPictures on website are catfished! I looked around the whole site trying to find where they took these pictures!! False advertisementThis place is very run down, a group of us went over Memorial Day weekend because it was the only place left open to book and it is VERY CLEAR why.Let’s start with the bathrooms, I understand majority of campers are in actual campers so they have water hook up to use bathroom. There were 2 working women’s toilets throughout the ENTIRE site. The other bathrooms were locked from use. Every night the bathrooms got vandalized and toilet paper was shoved in them. We saw ZERO staff on site.Every activity or amenity that was offered was broken or closed.Pond- filthy, litter everywhere.Pool- closed because it was too cold although it was 75 degreesMini putt- looks like it has been abandoned for 10 years see pictures below. ClosedBasketball- both of the backboards had huge holes in them and shatters so every time you shot the ball it would go through.Bathrooms- 2 working women’s toilets, 1 men toilet. Vandalized dirty.Soap dispensers in women’s broken, hand dryers broken, no paper towels.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO. We made the best of it because WE HAD TO. The best time was spent at the site with our friends.Wish we captured photos of everything.AVOID PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!Not sure how their reviews are the way they are!! Look on yelp tho.
Jun 05, 2025 · Anna MeyerWe really enjoyed the community environment at timberline's campground. The dance held sat night and church services Sunday Morning were awesome. Plenty to do at this campground.
May 26, 2025 · Steve DancerMany improvements since I was there 22 years ago! We rented the cabins and were impressed! They have alot of pots and pans and silverware/utensils that they don't describe on the website, I'm told it is a hit and miss. Impressive!! They even had towels and tp, bath towels, etc. Jessicaand Troy were so very nice and accommodating, I couldn't have asked for more. Mini golf could use some cleaning up, as well as some more bank fishing. Worth the trip and will definitely be back! Also...Veronica with housekeeping is very professional and accommodating as well! Thanks guys!
Jun 04, 2025 · Debbie DoitThe new owners are doing an amazing job - you can really see the love and care they’re putting into the place. They offer mini golf which keeps the kids entertained for hours. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
Jun 27, 2025 · Gabby ComstockThis place is a complete dump. They had no outhouses except the one shower house and even one of the two toilets that were in there was over flowing most of the weekend all over the floor. Had to rent their one working golf cart so we could switch off and let the older ones from our group use it to get to the shower house. Might be good for full hook ups but not for anything less and even then I would check to make sure electricity and sewer work and you have your own water hook up. Waste of money
