Definitely seemed like a nice place and the landlord bill is a great guy but the owner Betsy is not a friendly person. I lived here for almost 2 years and some people have been there longer and I guess they are friends with the owner but all I ever did was work and go home until a neighbor stepped out of line and said something to my husband about our animals and when he told them to mind their own business. They called the owner and said things that weren't true and had us evicted. I have a 13 year old child but to her it was their word over ours. Be careful if you decide to go that route. - Emily Lamb
