Skyline RV Camp Non-Waterfront Introduce
For RV travelers seeking a true New York City adventure without the immense difficulty and expense of navigating Manhattan’s restrictive roads and parking, Skyline RV Camp Non-Waterfront presents a unique and practical solution. This RV camp offers one of the only opportunities for you to park your home-on-wheels within the five boroughs, serving as an essential gateway to the cultural, dining, and historical heart of the city. Located in the vibrant and trendy neighborhood of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, the camp provides a straightforward, secure base from which to launch your exploration.
Unlike traditional campgrounds nestled in the wilderness of Upstate New York, Skyline RV Camp is an urban camping experience. It's a pragmatic, concrete lot designed for maximum convenience and access to mass transit, allowing you to bypass city driving and be quickly whisked into the core of Manhattan. While the designation "Non-Waterfront" means you won't have the immediate East River view that the sister site offers, you still benefit from the fantastic location in a highly desirable, rapidly developing area of Brooklyn.
This facility caters specifically to RV travelers who understand that camping in a major metropolitan area requires a shift in expectation—it’s more about location and essential amenities than shaded woods and picnic tables. It is designed to be a safe, well-monitored parking space with crucial utilities, enabling a more affordable and comfortable alternative to pricey, cramped hotels. It is generally intended for RVs and Park Models, and tent camping is typically not permitted here. Skyline RV Camp provides a base camp in the urban jungle, making the otherwise impossible task of visiting NYC in your RV a reality.

### Location and Accessibility
The camp’s location is arguably its most significant selling point for any New Yorker or traveler wanting to visit the city. Skyline RV Camp Non-Waterfront is situated in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, a neighborhood famous for its blend of historic Polish roots, industrial architecture, and modern, hipster-friendly shops and eateries.
The address is: 50 Noble St, Brooklyn, NY 11222, USA.
Accessibility to the major attractions of New York City is incredibly convenient. Instead of battling city traffic in your RV, you can utilize the exceptional public transportation options located just a short walk away:
- NYC Ferry: The nearby Greenpoint Ferry Terminal offers one of the most scenic and efficient routes into Midtown and Downtown Manhattan.
- Subway Access: The G Train at the Greenpoint Avenue stop is just four blocks away, providing a quick, easy, and affordable way to traverse Brooklyn and connect to other subway lines that lead throughout the city.
The neighborhood itself is safe, well-lit, and buzzing with local activity, meaning you are within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, small grocery stores, and unique local bars. RV travelers are often advised to use specialized GPS/trucker routing systems to ensure the safest and most accurate arrival to the site, avoiding non-RV-friendly roads within Brooklyn.

### Services Offered
The services at Skyline RV Camp are focused on providing the necessary infrastructure to make your RV stay in an urban environment comfortable and hassle-free.
- Electrical Hookups: The site offers essential 30 and 50 Amp electrical hookups to power your RV’s systems, a crucial amenity in an urban setting.
- Water Services: RV water hookup is provided, along with a running water source on-site for general use.
- Internet Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, allowing guests to stay connected, research local attractions, and plan their daily excursions into the city.
- Restroom Facilities: The camp provides access to a public restroom facility, often including a shower area, though guest feedback sometimes suggests ongoing efforts for cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
- Safety & Security: The lot is private property and is monitored by a 24/7 security team in the adjacent building, providing peace of mind for guests exploring the city during the day and night.
It is important to note that, as an urban RV park, there is generally no on-site sewage dump station, meaning pump-out services or external dump stations must be utilized, which is a common trade-off for such a prime location.

Skyline RV Camp Non-Waterfront Reviews
Great place!Location is great.
August 13 · MoisesThe sites were not labeled. The bathrooms were gross and not ada. The code they gave me for the gate did not work and no one answered the phone or email until the day I was to check out. I checked in on Saturday and left on Monday. On Sunday someone called me asking me to move sites but not to address any of my concerns. They let me stay where I was as they woke me from a nap and it was my one day off. If you don't care about cleanliness and are just looking for a parking lot to stay in, this place is perfect.
August 11 · AnzulaGreat price, even better location! We will definitely return!
