★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice campground! It’s a few miles from the entrance of the park. Sites are spacious. They have Electricity and Water. A picnic table and a fire pit are also available. The restrooms have showers. Dogs must be on leash
February 18 · Nelida SafritWish I could give it 6 stars!Camped in mid October, it was perfection. Perfect tent camping, though most were in RVs. Sites are far enough apart that you can have some privacy and it's overall very quite. Clean bathrooms and showers. The camp site was raked out before our visit. And then the real star.... THE VIEWS!!!!
October 20 · Emily HollimanI wish their were six stars!! First the basics, fair price, nice level sites, clean bathrooms, nice showers and really sweet camp host. All good...but what a place. The views are spectacular. The multi-use trails were really cool and bountiful. But the coolest was the sunset!!
April 24 · Daniel RandolphGoing back for more! This is a fabulous park and the views are incredible. Lots of space. Nice restrooms. Wild life! Coyotes , quail, roadrunners! I love this place@
May 06 · Cary BabinecBeautiful area, nice trails. I came here in the perfect weather. Arrived on Thursday evening and they didn't have space in campground they were selling the overflow spaces. It's ok but it cost the same like a tent camp site $22. I think it should be a few bucks cheaper since you are just in a parking lot. The problem why I really gave 3 stars is the constant noise. If not a helicopter circling around for an hour then a small airplane is. For hours. Never really stops. People leave the cities to get some peace from the constant noise but here too, is the same. I understand that the campground have some noise. People are on vacation. Kids are running around. All fine. But when you go miles in the wild into the middle of a hiking trail and all you hear is the constant airplane noise that's annoying. Probably one person or two sitting in it, they are enjoying the views but the rest of us down here are not fond of the constant noise.
