First and foremost most, I love this campground!! The setup/layout and amenities were above & beyond. It’s a gorgeous location! We stayed at a tent site along the creek bank and enjoyed it, immensely; it had to be 10* cooler then the front area, at least. The complimentary coffee was wonderful. My husband enjoyed the complimentary granola cereal at breakfast. I definitely recommend this campground for families! Watching kids run around playing, catching bugs, splashing in the creek was very enjoyable. ⭐️ The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is due to cleanliness sorely lacking. Cleanliness is 110% important to me and when I read reviews complimenting it as being so, I expect it. The pool area needed cleaned and I requested it yesterday and it didn’t get done as far as I could tell; we left for an hour to eat lunch and when we came back the same messes were there. The small bathrooms near tent camping needed cleaned and the bathhouse floors, especially right outside of the showers 🚿. I showered last night and when I came in this morning they looked as dirty as they had been yesterday. The pavilion tables were filthy and the same mess was there this morning that was there all afternoon and evening, yesterday. I mentioned that at check out and the girl said she went out there and cleaned up this morning. They were not at full capacity so definitely disappointed about this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roamstead! This is a beautiful campground with scenic views throughout the park. The river and rock formations made for a peaceful and relaxing environment.The on-site food was excellent, and the pizza stood out as a favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience.Roamstead is a great spot for anyone looking to unwind in nature with the bonus of great food and outstanding service. We’d definitely come back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The yurts were incredible and we enjoyed the amenities. The fire pits, strung lights, and Adirondack chairs were set in the most bucolic setting amongst bubbling creeks. The pool and bathrooms were always clean. The drinks hit the spot, complimentary coffee was delicious. The staff were wonderful! Our only problem the entire stay was that the refrigerator was always too cold, regardless of what temperature we set it to.

Roamstead exceeded our expectations. We had a Class C RV over the long Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed every moment of Roamstead. I loved the look and vibe of the place, everything was very clean, and everyone was very friendly. Our location was right on the creek, and my boys loved playing in it. We were near restrooms, showers and laundry. I did not use the showers or laundry, but everything looked clean. There is a swingset and playground with a slide and a gaga ball pit. My kids had a wonderful time and that as well. We enjoyed going to the bar and having drinks. We didn’t try the food other then some dessert my son got (it was absolutely delicious), but lots of people were ordering and everything looks good. I would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved Roamstead! We stayed in lot 44 and it was perfect! We had the best creek view right out our door! They have everything you could need, I even had a great vanilla latte which was an amazing bonus for a campground for me! The staff was all super friendly! Nice clean bathrooms and laundry too!
